Why Discipleship?
The desire to disciple the people of Spring Baptist Church is mandated by The Great Commission. We believe in the continual transformation of the believer into the likeness of God. A follower of Christ is His disciple, and learning is the building block of becoming. A disciple who refuses to learn is like a cowboy who refuses to be around horses. This learning process is more than just coming to the knowledge of random bits of information; it is progressively understanding the character and nature of God so that we might become more like Christ. The object of discipleship is to be like the Master.

Spiritual transformation begins at an individual level. For the church, discipleship means leading people to recognize the Lordship of Christ and to faithfully submit themselves to a continuing process of instruction which will radically alter their lives.

Spring Baptist Church believes in providing opportunities for you to learn and grow through Sunday School on Sunday morning and discipleship classes on Sunday evening as well as additional studies during the week. Click on one of the links below to learn more.
