The purpose of
our Early Learning Center program is to be a ministry to families
of Spring Baptist Church and the surrounding community.
Our goal is to
provide children with a firm, Christian educational foundation in preparation
for whichever avenue of schooling is taken -- public, private, or home
school.
The school
will provide classes in Pre-K, Kindergarten, and First Grade for
children who have turned four, five, and six years old by August 31.

Each Pre-K
class will follow a structured plan based on the Wee Learn curriculum of
the Southern Baptist Convention. The Junior Phonics program supplements
this curriculum. Kindergarten
and First Grade will use guided reading, Bob Jones math, language, and reading,
writing, and phonics programs. The children will also learn through
scripture memorization, computer programs, chapel, music class, gross
motor skills class, and field trips.
Pre-K
classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Kindergarten
and First Grade classes meet on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30
a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Days of operation follow the Spring I.S.D. calendar.
