The Student Ministry at Spring Baptist Church is dedicated to coming alongside parents in the spiritual growth and discipleship of their teens. We recognize that the teenage years are some of the most formative and transformative seasons of life—filled with growth, questions, and important decisions that help shape who students will become. Our heart is to help students build authentic, Christ-centered relationships with other believers their age, creating a strong foundation where faith becomes personal, real, and lasting.
We also understand that these years can bring unique challenges for both students and families. You are not navigating them alone. Our committed team of pastors, staff, and trained leaders is here to walk alongside your family, offering encouragement, guidance, and biblical teaching. We strive to help students not only learn God’s Word, but also understand how to live it out in their everyday lives—in school, at home, with friends, and beyond.
Throughout the year, students are given opportunities to grow through meaningful experiences such as camps, mission trips, retreats, and fun community events. Each of these is designed to strengthen their faith, deepen their relationships, and help them discover how God is working in and through their lives.
WEEKLY GATHERINGS
SERVICE & LIFEGROUPS
Join us each Sunday for Spring Students! At 9:00 AM, students gather in the Worship Center to engage in meaningful worship and hear a relevant, Bible-centered message designed to connect faith with everyday life. Then at 10:30 AM, students move into Student LifeGroups in the Student Building, where they can build authentic friendships, ask questions, and grow deeper in their walk with Christ in a smaller, more personal setting. Together, these two environments help students grow in both their relationship with God and with others.
STUDENT CHOIR
Sunday evenings at 5:00 PM, students are invited to be part of Student Choir—a fun and meaningful time to grow in both worship and community. Students will develop their voices, learn to lead others in worship, and experience the joy of using their gifts to glorify God. More than just music, Student Choir is a place to build friendships, deepen faith, and be part of something bigger than themselves as they prepare to lead and serve together.
MONDAY NIGHT BIBLE STUDY
Monday nights at 6:00 PM in both the spring and fall, students gather for Guys and Girls Bible Studies—intentional spaces designed for real conversations, meaningful community, and deeper spiritual growth. Meeting separately, these groups allow students to connect with peers in a comfortable environment where they can explore God’s Word, ask honest questions, and be encouraged in their daily walk with Christ. Each week includes time in Scripture, discussion, and sharing a meal together, helping students build strong friendships and a faith that lasts beyond the classroom or youth room.
YOUTH NIGHT
Wednesday nights at 6:30 PM are all about Youth Night—a high-energy, welcoming environment where students can connect, have fun, and grow in their faith. The night includes engaging games that help students build friendships, powerful worship that points their hearts toward God, and a relevant, Bible-based message that speaks directly to the challenges and questions they face every day. It’s a place where students can come as they are, be encouraged, and take real steps forward in their relationship with Jesus alongside friends and leaders who care about them.
